Great to have you on board as part of our Club Management team here at Buzz. We’re sure you’re just as excited as us and we know that over the next few weeks and months you’ll become a seasoned pro at managing or supporting the management of one of our Clubs across the UK.

There is always loads going on in our Clubs, from the excitement of Customer wins, to our late night bingo events.
As you walk into your Club, you’ll be ready to entertain, welcome and serve our Customers and be ready to show, train and encourage your team on how it’s done!

It is very true that no two days are ever the same the same at Buzz. There will always be plenty to do and learn, but your main role will be to coach and manage your team to deliver the brilliant Customer experience that’s expected here at Buzz.
Alongside that you’ll also get to learn every inch of your Club so not only will you know and learn about Bingo, you’ll learn how every department works around your Club.
