Buzz is committed to making sure Colleagues get the chance to learn and train continually.

We have a fantastic Buzz Learning platform, which you can access anywhere on a smart phone, tablet or computer.

You can keep track of all your learning, including seeing which courses have been assigned, which are completed, and your targets.


As a business, we are dedicated to supporting our Colleagues to grow and develop within their roles. Our Buzz Brights Programme provides all Colleagues whether you work in Club or one of Support Centre Hubs the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship programme, with topics ranging across data science, customer service, HR, team leadership, production chef and many more.
