Our Support Centre, we call it the Buzz Hub, is based in Nottingham and is home to all of our support teams – let’s take a look at what you’ll find…
Our support teams are vital to every part of our business
Whether you’re working in Digital, Customer Support, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Risk & Compliance or Projects, the Customer is always at the heart of everything we do. We have a hybrid approach to work, allowing Colleagues to work where they can work the best, whether that is remotely, in our Buzz Hub, or a combination.
Our Tech
Our Buzz Hub utilises tech to make working as a hybrid team easy. This includes our booking app for booking desks, meeting rooms and car parking, use of QR codes to access all sorts of useful information around the hub, and our interactive flip screens for truly collaborative working.

Train Station
We’re about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Simply turn right out of the station on to Carrington Street and just before you walk across the bridge, turn left towards Beeston Canal Path. Continue along Beeston Canal Path until you reach a lane that will take you to Sainsbury’s. Cut through the car park towards the petrol station and you’ll see a roundabout. Cross the roundabout and walk past the Holiday Inn on your left, turn left onto Castle Marina Road and walk to the bottom of the road where you’ll see the sign for Buzz Bingo on your right.Bus
Bus routes 1, 34, 49, 77 and 79 all pass Castle Marina Retail Park, which is just a short 5 minute walk away.

At Kegworth Interchange, exit onto Remembrance Way/A453 Queens Dr/A453 toward City Centre.
At Mill Hill Roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Barton Ln/Remembrance Way/A453.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Clifton Ln/Remembrance Way/A453.
At The Farnborough Rd Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Clifton Ln/A453.
Merge onto Clifton Blvd/A52 and exit onto Queens Dr/A453 towards City Centre.
Turn left onto Castle Bridge Rd and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Castle Bridge Rd.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Lawrence Way.
