First few weeks look like?
Getting to know you
We want you to really get to know who we are and what we do, so during your first day we’ll welcome you to our business with our company induction.
Don’t panic, we’re not expecting you to know everything by the end of your first day, in fact you’ll spend a few weeks learning each area of the Club and your Manager will catch up with you to share what that looks like.
Delivering the Buzz
This is what we call our overall training programme here at Buzz Bingo because that’s exactly what we want you to do – Deliver the Buzz! Below you will see what’s covered. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to learn all of this in week 1.
Over a series of days, weeks and months you’ll start to work through each of these modules to ensure you’ve got the knowledge and skills you need for your role. And as you settle in, you might find that there’s a particular area that you love; be it Slots, the Bar or even wanting to have a cheeky go at Presenting. And if you do, we’ll help you to develop your skills further.
Your overall induction is designed to last 13 weeks but you’ll be up and running in no time.
